What to expect from UPF:
Nutrition
UPF will conduct a full breakdown of where you’re at with your nutrition. We will then help you implement the necessary changes in relation to your goals handmades.
Specific Training Program
You will get a specific new training program every 4 weeks.
This will be very detailed including sets, reps, tempo, rest and training volume, anywhere from 2-5 days a week.
These are not generic workouts and will be based on what your gym has. We can also design home workouts if required.
Accountability
