We train from beginners to elite, including athletes (such as golfer Leigh Deagan and Richmond AFL player Brandon Ellis). Our approach is the same: we will take you to your limit and then beyond. About Andrew Nicholson:

Attitude, commitment, passion and the will to achieve play a huge role in who I am today, and importantly, these traits carry over into my role as a trainer.

I’ve had a long career in a range of sports including Australian Rules football, a career that included junior representation, VFL selection and captaining seniors at a local level. This experience helped develop leadership qualities, commitment to the task at hand and a strong work ethic. As a keen sportsman, I went to study for a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Human Movement, which included an exchange to the University of Indiana and I worked in various roles in the fitness industry to gain real life experience. I then travelled to London as a personal trainer. Completing the PICP (Poliquin International Certification Program) and Bio-Signature courses ignited my passion for weight training, nutrition and body composition.

Applying what I had learned to my own training, I achieved the the clear cut abs and the photo shoot ready physique, and more importantly I’ve maintained it in a way that is sustainable. I returned from London enthused and motivated, I wanted more education, and continued my learning and development so today I can educate my clients with the latest nutrition, strength, power and body composition information.

My passion and commitment to my clients achieving results is unparalleled. Whether you’re an athlete, keen gym goer, beginner or novice, all I ask is honesty, don’t short change yourself, and give it everything you have at every training session. The most satisfying thing for me is helping someone make a major change in their life both mentally and physically; watching them go from the ‘I can’t’ to the ‘I can’. To know that I have helped someone in some way on their fitness and health journey is the most rewarding thing.
