Sure, training sessions will be demanding at times, our goal is to get you out of your comfort zone because, only then will change start to happen.
But remember, you are in safe hands and we will always work within your abilities. Everyone has a different starting point and end goal.

The number of PT sessions per week generally varies between 2 and 4 for your initial package. We don’t do single sessions on the first package as the best way to get started on any program is to establish a habit and consistency, we’ve found that starting on only one session makes reaching your goal much more difficult.

What to expect at your first training session:
Nutrition/Food Log
Before you join UPF we will ask you to record what a ‘normal’ day would look like for 5 days and get you to record everything you eat.
We’ll then discuss your nutrition in relation to your goal and any tweaks that need to be made.
BioSignature
We will take your weight and using calipers, we will measure body fat on 12 sites of your body. This is a great way to keep track of your progress.
Completely optional but highly recommended.
Photos
Photos will be taken on your first session and last session to compare results.

Structural Balance
Before starting any training program UPF will put you through a structural balance test to determine imbalances, strengths and weaknesses.
This will enable us to write a program that will be tailored for your requirements.
Warm Up
A UPF handout will be given to you and we will personally go through the warm exercises with you.
From Here
You will be sent a summary of what was discussed about nutrition, food options and specific targets to reach.
You will be given a UPF nutrition and training booklet and a UPF recipe booklet.
We will then book in times for your Personal Training and you will have access to the UPF video exercise library.
